I offer SoulCollage® Workshops to groups of a minimum of 4 participants. Making cards in community is a powerful way to connect with others. Workshop themes have included: Harvesting Our Gifts-Honoring Our Inner Guides, Transitioning Inward-LIstening to Our Inner Wisdom, The Light Within-Honoring and Caring for Ourselves, Exploring Goddess Archetypes In Our LIves, Phases of the Moon-Phases of Our Lives, Walking Life’s Spiral Path-Embracing Life’s Journey.

No artistic experience is needed to create a beautiful and life affirming deck of cards!

By shining a light on all our “parts”, those that we welcome, as well as those that may be challenging, hidden, or unwanted, we open ourselves up to the possibility of accepting and healing all our parts. Your cards can also give form to your dreams, emotions, and the experiences which have influenced your life and shaped who you are.

I became a SoulCollage® Facilitator in 2015, after beginning my own SoulCollage® card making journey. Since then I have facilitated this process with individuals and groups and am excited to continue to share this tool of self-discovery with others. As a SoulCollage® facilitator, I am grateful to the artists and photographers who make this process possible.

I offer Soulcollage in individual therapy sessions, as well as offering workshops for groups of a minimum of four participants for 3-4 hours. All supplies are provided.

The process of identifying the different aspects of myself was both enjoyable and challenging. My soul spoke through my cards, which was an insightful and profound experience.
I was surprised at how deeply my cards spoke to me, more than I could have imagined.
The experience of making and speaking from my cards deepened my relationship with myself. I have an increased understanding and compassion for those shadowed parts of myself.
